DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPGRADES?
No, upgrades are free but new products will not be free. Note that as we roll out new platforms, we might need to add a small ‘switch fee’ for switching licenses between one platform and another. This depends on the amount of admin time that goes into moving licenses.
DO YOU STILL GIVE FREE TRIALS OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
At the moment we provide trial versions only for license service of Network bridge.
CAN I TRANSFER MY LICENSE TO A NEW COMPUTER DUE TO HARDWARE ISSUES?
At the moment there are no restrictions on changing PCs or hardware. You can change the license yourself in automatic mode.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD I CAN USE?
We accept payments via BTCPay(Bitcoin) in automatic mode. You can pay with Direct Bank Transfer. Other methods by agreement, write us.
I DOWNLOADED THE FILE BUT THE NT CAN’T IMPORT IT. WHAT TO DO?
The files of our paid packages are not archives for import. Inside each archive there is an installation file that you need to run and perform simple steps for installation.
